I am sure you would agree with me the past 12 months have been a year for the record books. The pandemic has disrupted many businesses and enhanced others. Few of us saw this coming and are still reviewing the data from lumber to food costs. The next six months will very interesting to say the least.
The real estate industry has seem an explosion in prices for residential urban, suburban/ rural and resort properties for the same reason the equities market has been on fire. Not many sellers and plenty of buyers. Who would have thought 2021 was the perfect storm?
