It is brand-new construction built in 2023 with ocean views and very spacious with 3 stories, 2 common spaces, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and 3 parking spaces…look no further! First floor - Bedroom with a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom, sleeps 2.
Second Floor - Enter an open floor concept with a brand-new kitchen that has stainless steel appliances and all the amenities to whip up a meal for your whole family. There is a dining and living room area with a 65-inch TV and streaming services available which include Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV, Disney Plus, and Prime. There is an outdoor patio to enjoy your food and drinks while watching the fireworks and sunset over the ocean. There is another bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom in the back. This sleeps 2 people. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
